How We Actually Teach This Stuff

Look, most trading courses either overwhelm you with theory or promise shortcuts that don't exist. We take a different route. Our Bangkok-based instructors have spent years in Thailand's financial markets, and they've learned what actually works when teaching someone to read financial statements.

Statement Breakdown Sessions

We take real company filings from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and dissect them together. You'll learn to spot red flags, identify growth patterns, and understand what numbers actually matter.

Peer Review Groups

Every week, small groups analyze different companies and present their findings. This is where learning happens—when you have to defend your analysis to other traders who are asking tough questions.

Live Market Context

Financial statements aren't static documents. We show you how earnings reports shift market sentiment, how to time your reading around quarterly releases, and what to watch during earnings season.

What You'll Cover Over Six Months

Foundations & Reading Basics

Weeks 1-4

Starting with the fundamentals. Balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports—we'll teach you to read them fluently. By week four, you'll understand what each line item means and why it matters for trading decisions.

Ratio Analysis & Indicators

Weeks 5-10

This is where numbers start telling stories. P/E ratios, debt-to-equity, operating margins—you'll learn which ratios matter for different industries and how to spot trends that precede price movements.

Industry-Specific Analysis

Weeks 11-16

Tech companies, banks, manufacturing firms—they all require different lenses. We'll show you how statement analysis changes across sectors and what to prioritize based on business models.

Integration & Trading Application

Weeks 17-24

The final stretch brings it all together. You'll develop your own analysis framework, combine fundamental reading with technical signals, and build a process that fits your trading style and time availability.

Who's Teaching This Program

Our instructors aren't just academics—they're active traders based in Bangkok who've been through bull markets, crashes, and everything between. They've made mistakes, learned from them, and figured out what actually matters when you're trying to make trading decisions based on company fundamentals.

Siriwan Chaiyaporn reviewing financial statements during a trading session

Siriwan Chaiyaporn

Lead Instructor, Fundamental Analysis

Siriwan spent twelve years analyzing Thai equities before she started teaching. She's got this knack for explaining complex financial concepts in ways that stick, probably because she remembers what confused her when she was starting out.

Patcharee Wattanakul teaching financial ratio analysis to trading students

Patcharee Wattanakul

Senior Instructor, Statement Integration

Patcharee focuses on the practical side—how to actually use statement analysis in your trading workflow. She's particularly good at showing students how to build efficient research processes that don't consume their entire day.
